Former collegiate athletes. Former multi-year CrossFit Games athletes. Fitness coaches with a combined 25 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, most recently (2013-2018) as head coaches and programmers at Rising CrossFit in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte. We are excited to combine our knowledge and expertise to provide a broad ranged, individually tailored health and wellness experience for our Rise Up community.
