Since all of our Online Personal Training programs are custom made, We need to start our fitness journey together by having a phone call to asess your goals/injuries etc.

If you want to build strength, agility, and endurance then Bootcamp is the place for you!
Bootcamp is a high intensity interval training session that includes cardio, strength and core conditioning.
It is a TOTAL BODY WORKOUT and each week will include different exercises so you will never get bored.
Our sessions have 3 stations, each with one of our certified trainers, and each focusing on a different aspect of fitness.
Participants rotate among the 3 stations every 90 seconds for an hour.

Even if you never thought you would.
Yoga is about turning inward towards your senses, pausing to be a mindful person and moving your body.
We offer YogaFlow and YogaFit at FIT Boutique.
Both focus on complimenting your training sessions.
Incorporates a vinyasa flow to encourage flexibility and fluidity in movement while gaining strength from holding challenging poses.
A more vigorous class that incorporates free weights and heat inducing poses that will get your heart rate pumping.
