Haydens Gymnastics & Cheer Academy (HIGA) has been training Champions for Life in the sport of gymnastics and cheerleading since 1994. A Champion for Life is someone who is positive, caring and focuses on the bigger picture. Here at HIGA we strive to be and to teach just that. Dan Hayden competed in the sport of gymnastics for 22 years. He has traveled to over 10 countries representing the United States at various international meets. Dan Hayden won National Championship titles in both NCAA and USA competition, winning the all-around gold medals in still rings, high bar, and parallel bars at the 1988 McDonalds Championships of the USA.
