Services
Your membership includes all of our 17 varieties of group fitness classes and use of our state-of-the-art fitness equipment from strength machines and barbells to the latest and newest treadmills, cross trainers and recumbent bikes.
We are open 17 hours a day most weekdays, up to 11 hours on weekends.
Student rate applies to student enrolled in high school or college up to age 21 (must show ID).

Our Body Tech Strong workouts take your principal strength and conditioning to a higher level with an elite program dedicated to improve endurance and functional performance potential.

In our commitment to superior member service, we have instituted a 30 day integration program called SureFit Personal Assistance.
The SureFit program is unique to Body Tech.
It provides a new member with their own personal trainer for a full 30 days to help get them started correctly and confidently.
This program is designed to increase the member's chance for success.
The trainer will: provide guidance in how the club works, help them be comfortable with their workouts, introduce them to staff and some members, show them different offerings of the club, and get the member grounded on the basics.

Move through a variety of exercises designed to increase aerobic conditioning, improve muscular strength, range of motion, and skills required during activities of daily living.
Low impact moves, hand weights, and exercise bands are offered for resistance.
A combination of postures inspired by Ballet, Yoga and Pilates.
Light handheld weights are often used for isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range of motion movements.
A barre, or other support can be used for balance.

The fun activities within the center prove to satisfy all ages, from infant to 11 years.
We have a variety of activities including games, crafts, movies, books, a climbing and slide center, infant activities, and much more.
The child center is sanitized daily, safe, well supervised, and fun.
In addition, our child care staff is infant, child, and adult CPR certified.
