Our members range in age from 8 years old to 60 years old. We are a community of people who strive for a healthier lifestyle, and we have fun doing it! The workouts are performed at each person's own fitness capacity with an emphasis on proper form and full body functional movements. Functional movements are ones that translate into the real world and into sports.

For example, when in real life do you ever sit in a chair and do a bicep curl? Sports? I've never seen a football player or volleyball player doing leg extensions on the field/court. However, both in sports and everyday life, we are consistently running, throwing jumping, squatting, etc. All functional movements. Kearney CrossFit is awesome!. The quality of the physical gym and the expertise and friendliness of the coaches are unparalleled.

I would highly recommend Kearney CrossFit to any young athlete looking to improve themselves for any sport they undertake, and in life. Kearney CrossFit has had a substantial impact on my life over the last two years.
Services
I am the owner of Kearney CrossFit and the head coach for BELITE Training.
I started Kearney CrossFit in my mom's garage in 2012.
We then moved to a small 1,500sf warehouse in January of 2013.
Later that year, we built, and moved into, our current location.
Now our gym is 6,000sf and has a football-size training field out our back doors.
Our gym community consists of 250+ members ranging in age from 7 years old to 70 years old.
Kearney CrossFit provided a solid foundation for BELITE Training to grow.
Simply lose the most % of your own body fat.
Our coaches have decades of experience, have worked with hundreds of nutrition clients, trained thousands of people, and have cut to 6% body fat themselves.
We can assure you that this contest is fair across the board.
For each pound of SMM lost over 1 (0-.9 is penalty free), you are docked 2% fat loss.
So, if you lost 33% body fat, but also lost 5 pounds of muscle, you would only get credit for 23% fat lost.
This is done to ensure healthy weight loss and no crash diets to simply lose weight in a severe caloric deficit.
To get you started, we will schedule a free 1-on-1 consultation for you with one of our coaches.
We start each new member, regardless of fitness level, with 1-on-1 personal training sessions.
These sessions teach our foundational movements and get you acclimated to the gym.
We want to be sure you are comfortable before you begin classes.
Additionally, this allows us to customize a plan just for you.
Similar to CrossFit, but with some simpler movements.
Great for the beginner or intermediate person looking to take their health and fitness to the next level.
Every class is led by one, or two, coaches.
The coaches warm you up, teach movements and make sure everyone gets a quality workout to match his/her fitness level.
Each class lasts one hour.
The kids will learn fitness in a fun and positive environment!
They will play games and learn how to move their bodies the right way.
Each day, our youth coaches take our class workout and mix it up to make it fun, and challenging, for the kids.
BELITE Training is a top-tier program to help you take your fitness to another level.
You can choose to spend an extra 20 minutes a day working on a weakness or you can devote 2-3 hours a day to the gym and improving your fitness.
The choice is yours.
We also offer camps for high school athletes through BELITE Training.
These camps are centered around a set of Core Values and are as much about building the mind as the body.
