The Pro Sports Performance method is founded in the training techniques developed by NFL veteran Jason Trusnik after many years of elite level training in speed, strength, and power.Jason has teamed up with some amazing coaches and trainers to share their experience and education with athletes looking to go to the next level, adults looking for better health & fitness, and youth that need to learn fundamentals.

Our state-of-the-art facility provides a prime and safe environment for training. The facility includes a large, indoor field of performance turf, pro-style weight training area, and a conference/film study area. At Pro Sports Performance, we show you how to reach your maximum athletic potential and help with your pursuit of greatness.
Services
Jason, a native of Ohio, is a veteran pro linebacker.
He's played for the Minnesota Vikings, New Orleans Saints, Miami Dolphins, Cleveland Browns, and New York Jets.
Jason's hardwork and dedication has allowed him to take his success from Division 3 Football to 10 years in the NFL.
Always looking to give back to his community, he founded "Trusnik Nation, " a season ticket program providing tickets, apparel, and food to the children of the Berea Children's Home.
A proud husband and father, Jason lives in Strongsville, Ohio with his wife, Nicole, and his three children, Austin, Ava, and Tatum.

For the youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athlete interested in taking their talents to the next level, Pro Sports Performance offers on-field speed & agility, strength, and power fundamentals training.
