Fitness LyingDown has the most wonderful, upbeat, and encouraging trainers I've ever met. FLD has been a big help in getting me out of shoulder pain so I can enjoy my life and continue working as a stylist! If you want your body to feel better than ever, this is the place for you! Playing college football I am used to strength training, but I never experienced strength training like this! Fitness LyingDown has been so good for my body, especially building more strength and mobility with my replaced hip.

This program is about being mindful and intentional with every exercise and not just going through the motions, definitely something I wasn't focused on in the past.

Fitness Lying Down was created in 2014 to provide fitness solutions through personal training and group training for the people of the Coulee Region.
Staying true to the current research and science of the day we offer a better approach to functional training, focusing on the body's core muscles to help build authentic mobility and movement strength for our clients to live stronger lives outside the four walls of our gym with confidence!
Using a systematic approach to fitness, we are able to meet our clients where they're at and provide the right exercises for them at the right time.
Our small group training sessions are capped at 12 students for one coach to ensure that proper form is attained and everyone is getting an effective session for their fitness needs.
Gone are the days of those people in the back that can't hear and see what the instructor is doing up front and hoping they are getting it somewhat right, struggling to keep up.
You will discover how every session focuses on total body exercises, emphasizing the core muscles by taking our students through all seven primal movement patterns (squat, hip hinge, push, pull, lunge, rotation, and gait/walking) and creating a strength training stimulus by going through the three planes of motion really providing for a well-rounded, 3D, functional training experience!
Yes! Employing a training system provides us with the freedom to meet everyone where they are at and allows them to grow in the system as they progress and become better.
We definitely invite, but never force, our clients to remove their shoes and enjoy their sessions with feet bared because of the additional strength they will receive.
The feet are so important when it comes to how the body moves that we want to provide an environment for our clients to be fully aware and engaged with their mind & body for a stimulating experience!
