Owner and founder, Stephanie Ross, started Zen and Pow as a 20 year old college student in 2013 in a small studio space upstairs of an MMA gym in Holmen.
Over the years, Zen and Pow has since grown and expanded it to a state of the art multi-purpose fitness and wellness facility located inside of the International Performing Arts Center.
The circumstances of 2020 provided the opportunity to take Zen and Pow Studio Online, which has always been a part of our mission to serve as many people as possible-and now we can do just that beyond our local community!

I work at being happy, not to let my anxiety take over, to be kind to others, to be kind to myself; everyone has struggles.
First and foremost, we have to be happy with who we are.
I have learned that I am strong in so many more ways than I thought that I was.
There is so much more to me than what you see on the outside.
