Adult Fitness Class is taught by a certified strength and conditioning coach.
This means that you are getting the best instruction by a coach who has the knowledge and coaching experience teaching and demonstrating the exercises in the class.
This class is programmed in 10 week cycles.
8 weeks will be devoted to strength training/plyometrics/circuit training/HIIT-Tabata workouts/Endurance work.
No matter your age or limitations you have this class is for you!
Our instructors will help accommodate or modify anything based on what you can handle.
