At Amy Evert Fitness we strive empower individuals to a healthier lifestyle. It is our mission to ensure that everyone we train will move closer to becoming the person they want to become and achieving the goals they want to achieve. We specialize in life-changing fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle programs individualized to a person's goals and needs.

We do this by creating awareness, which gives people the freedom to choose a healthier life, one full of energy and joy. This is done one step at a time, giving the client a chance to adjust to the changes, both emotionally and physically. Our clients will be motivated and ready to make a change in their lives towards better health, whatever that means for them.

They will be positive, open-minded people who want to make a difference in this world by first growing themselves, and thus, touching their families and friends as a result. We are invested in our clients and strive to exceed expectations of what they want and need. We care about them as individuals and are thrilled to see transformation of a client's body, belief systems, and ultimately, their lives.

I'm Amy, owner of Amy Evert Fitness.
I'm a wife and mom.
I began struggling with disordered eating as a teenager, after having my children this became worse.
This is easy to hide when you're a busy mom.
When they became a little older, I also began attending my first fitness classes.
As my love for fitness began to grow, I wanted to learn more.
I decided to become a trainer after being diagnosed with tumor onset epilepsy in 2012.
I had begun to overcome my struggles with food & exercise and I was becoming stronger both inside and out.
Structured, functional training designed to teach children the importance of exercise.
Building children's ability to control their body in open space.
Youth Training strengthens their muscles, their bones, their joints, and improves confidence.
One on one coaching is ideal for you if you need a more personal approach to your training, mindset and nutrition.
You'll work with me personally at my private studio to assess your current situation and together, we'll discover fast, safe and effective ways to help you lose fat, feel more energized and accomplish your goals.
This total body class is designed to strengthen your entire body and improve your endurance.
This class includes strength, cardio, and core training for a total body workout.
This is a total body class focusing on the glutes, back and yes, the ABS!
We will work to strengthen your core, improve posture, decrease risk of injury and increase balance.
This class is a balance of both strength training and conditioning as well as a slow flow vinyasa.
Next we will have a short Restorative Flow.
This will be a beginners slow flow with no standing postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath.
Research in nutrition and fitness shows that up to 80% of a person's fitness training results are directly related to their nutrition or lack thereof.
The fact is that we eat too much overall, we eat not enough of the nutrient-dense foods, and we move too little!
That is not a good combination!
Start with the basics of good sound nutrition practices: like drinking lots of water, increasing vegetable and fruit consumption, eat only whole grains and foods, and increase protein intake.
We help you develop an eating program that you can easily implement for the rest of your life.
