All fitness staff have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Applied Exercise Science and/or Health Promotion, many have a Masters degree.
Additionally, staff hold specialty certifications from nationally accredited certifying organizations like, ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NSCA and more.

At TMMKFitness all fitness levels are welcome in our Group Exercise classes.
We have over 20 classes each week that are included in your membership.
Being a 24-hour facility means that we have classes at all different times of day to fit a variety of needs.
We even offer a wide variety of online classes filmed each week that can be done from home.
HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training is the best way to get the most out of your time.
These classes will incorporate short bouts of high intensity exercise paired with enough recovery to make sure you are getting the most of out your workout.

All guests must be at least 11 years of age.
All guests under the age of 18 require a parent or legal guardian to have a membership as well.
All guests ages 11-15 must be accompanied by an adult while in the center.
Sponsors must sign a Guest Authorization form prior to sponsoring the guest.
Payment options for guests include sponsor's payroll deduction or monthly recurring EFT set up via debit, credit card or money order.
