At CrossFit OTG, we help people of every age and ability get stronger, happier, and healthier. CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone - people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

The hardest part is taking the first steps through the door. We love welcoming new members and believe that OTG is a place where everyone gets better! Once you are inside, you'll immediately notice the community. Supportive, encouraging, and motivating. We don't care where you are on your fitness journey because we are all going in the same direction!

For $50 you will get two 60-minute personal training sessions and two weeks of unlimited CrossFit classes.
If you decide to join the family, this $50 will be deducted from your first month's membership!

We have a few different membership options to choose from.
We want you to feel great, and we can help you decide what your next step is to get you there.
We're excited to have you with us and we will see you at the gym!
During these two sessions: we will show you the gym, talk about your goals, and get in two hours of personal training.
This will include practicing some basic movements and getting in a short workout at the end!
Think of it as CrossFit 101.
Our two-session intro program will help you get started at your own pace with our credentialed coaches helping you along the way.
Each session is one hour.
After you are ready for group classes, the $50 will be taken off of your first month's membership!
In it's true definition, CrossFit is: constantly varied functional movement, performed at high intensity.
We will welcome you in, introduce ourselves, and start with a 30 second tour.
Then we'll talk about what you want out of CrossFit and tell you about how a typical class works.
After a quick chat, we will start your first session.
An easy warm up, followed by a thirty-minute skill session where you'll learn and get the chance to practice some basic CrossFit movements.
At the end we will get you a short and sweet workout, and confirm your second session!
No matter if you have never worked out, or you are an olympian, we will introduce CrossFit as slow or as fast as you're comfortable with.
At OTG, we love to see what Kevin can do with a barbell.
The man's got strength from his background in sports and weight training, and he's charging after his weaknesses every time his in class.
Kev brings great energy to class and regardless of how tough.
A natural athlete, J Pac is always brining more fun to every workout.
If he's not out surfing or snowboarding, J is the guy you want to be throwing down next to.
J's got all the skills and he's a great example of how hard work pays off.
