Our program combines the most effective methods of weightlifting, gymnastics and high intensity cardio.
At the "Box" (crossfit lingo for the gym) you will not find fancy cardio machines with tv's and distractions.
In their place you will find barbells, Dumbbells, kettle bells, mediicine balls, atlas stones, rowing machines, pull-up bars, gymnastics rings, and hard work!

Many people find crossfit through a similar path- I was fortunate enough to cross that path after spending most of my training doing a typical body part program and mixing in some running here and there.
After much boredom I decided to give "Fran" a go and the rest is history.
