Health and Strength Fitness Center is the place where fitness meets affordability. Our gym has been open since 2007 and we continue to provide the kind of service you would expect from a proud, family owned and operated business. Our staff focuses on what our customers need to reach their fitness goals and beyond. We are conveniently located in the Sandusky Plaza, right around the corner from downtown, and just down the road from Cedar Point.
Our equipment consists of Hammer Strength, Cybex, Life Fitness and Precor and has been selected to ensure results from beginner to the advanced exercising adult. Group fitness classes are offered throughout the year as well as our high-energy spinning class. We have 18 bikes and 2 different instructors who each have their own individual style. Our facility consists of 15,000 sq.
