Here at CrossFit 1926, we're passionate about fitness and our trainers are ready to get you fired up about your new fitness journey! Our friendly staff members are passionate about their overall health because they have all had struggles on their journey to fitness. Prior to functional fitness training, we've seen surgeries, injuries, frustrations with our health and wellness, and have heard many of these same stories from of our athletes.
With proper training, focusing on form, mobility, and body mechanics, the improvements they have made is what drives them to want the same for their athletes. Our staff are beyond excited to see you begin your fitness journey and start reaching your goals.

I was happy being sedentary but a friend (Jarrod) Kept inviting me to try CrossFit.
I told him I was not going to drink that kool-aid but when I finally gave in and decided to give it a try I was hooked after 3 workouts.
Now I love the fact that I don't have to think about anything when it comes to my workouts.
All I have to do is get myself in that door each and every day, and our staff will take care of the rest.
One of the greatest motivators for me is that our coaches will; get us going, lead us through proper warm-ups, teach us the correct techniques, and finally lead us through the workouts.

I have always struggled to find a sport that kept my interest long-term but started CrossFit for rehab from a previous injury.
CrossFit has kept my interest, gotten me back to normal, and made me more fit than I have ever been!
CrossFit has made a huge impact on my life as well as the lives of so many of our members.
I want to continue to introduce this sport to new people so we can impact them physically, emotionally, and spiritually just like it has for so many others.

After struggling with shoulder pain for several years and having no improvement from physical therapy, I decided to join my husband and try CrossFit.
Before long, I began to have less pain, to the point that many days I forgot I ever had a problem.
CrossFit has allowed me to continue to do the job I love, working as a dental hygienist and feel better than I ever have before.
CrossFit is about community.
We warm up together, do the workout together, and celebrate at the end with high-fives all around.

I was doing boot camp 3 days a week and running 5ks on my off days.
I felt like I was putting a lot into my workouts, still my body stayed the same.
Then I found CrossFit.
I loved it from the very start!
The high intensity & constant variation caught my body off guard, and it responded!
My body changed more after 6 months of CrossFit than it had from yrs of running & boot camp.
I was doing boot camp 3 days a week and running 5ks on my off days.
I felt like I was putting a lot into my workouts, still my body stayed the same.
Then I found CrossFit.
I loved it from the very start!
