A BodyLab class begins with half of the class on treadmills and half on our floor space.
The speed and incline vary on the tread throughout class, keeping your heart rate up and your mind engaged.
Alternating between 5, 10 or 15 minute intervals, runners switch places with the floor crew while they head to the treadmills.
The strength component may consist of body weight movements, dumbbell, suspension training, or any of the other awesome toys we'll pull out.
Bootcamp is a 60 minute class that starts with a dynamic warm up designed to get your body ready to work safely and effectively.

Crossfit Kids is a strength and conditioning program designed for kids ages 10 and older to help them develop a lifelong love of fitness.
The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with training.

Programming for the individual's goals/wants/needs combined with 1, 2, or 4 Personal Training sessions per month.
Develop overall strength data sheet to find limitations and imbalances in full body strength.
While testing full body strength we will be pushing your limits on things like deadlifts, squats, presses, gymnastic pulling and pressing, single arm and single leg variations of movements, as well as bracing mechanics.
