Each machine shows on the sides a picture demonstration how to operate the machine with the body part being worked highlighted in red.
It also includes specific details on how to properly use the machine.
These machines are smooth and controlled which is especially good for beginners.
You may also receive a free orientation upon joining where a trained staff member shows you how to use the machines and cardio equipment in detail using examples and guidance.
