At Agate Pass Fitness our primary mission is to help you safely achieve your health and fitness goals. Today, more than ever, achieving your health and fitness goals could not be more important. We have a dedicated team of trainers to help guide you through every step of the way. We are extremely proud of our amazing supportive community of athletes and their families.

Our community will welcome you the first moment you come into the gym and help you along your fitness journey. Our culture is positive, fun, and inclusive. Our members range from teenagers to senior citizens. We have members join who have never attended a fitness class since high school, up to athletes who have ranked at the top tiers in their age groups for Kitsap County and Washington State.

I have been active in sports all of my life.
I played all types of sports in my younger years but as I grew older I found my true love with baseball.
I was able to play at the highest levels in baseball at Bainbridge Island High School where we played for the State Championship at Safeco field.
I also played for Santa Barbara CC where we set team winning records and reaching California regionals.
On a personal level, I achieved all metro conference and all state teams and again all conference team in college.
HIIT involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods.
It is regarding as perhaps the most time-efficient way to exercise.
HIIT is highly adaptable for varying fitness levels and goals, which partly explains its popularity among everybody from elite athletes to the average person looking to improve their overall health and fitness.
These workouts do not require any prior workout experience and can be modified for injuries, fitness level, or other needs.
Typically, our HIIT workouts will range from 20 to 35 minutes in duration.
