Each circuit is designed to hit a specific muscle group and keep your heart pumping.
By the end of class you will have had a full body workout!

Is there an age limit?
Persons under the age of 14 are not permitted.
Members aged 14 or 15 are required to join with a parent/guardian and required to accompanied by parent/guardian member at the facility.
Members aged 14-17 and their parent/guardian are required to sign Underage Waivers upon joining.
Do you have family rates?
To create a Family Rate, we take the Couples Rate and add $30 per additional family member.

We also have recurring payment that can be set up with a credit card, debit card or ACH (void check required).
