Our Group Training program is a great way to commit to your fitness in a high energy, exciting atmosphere. Our Personal Training services are an opportunity to work with one of our certified Personal Trainers on a personalized program that is built to help you reach your fitness goals efficiently. All Trainers are NCCA accredited, meaning they have passed an official certification exam that is recognized nationally.

In addition, we have years of experience and a required on-boarding process, developed here at JP Fitness, to ensure we bring you the best training. In the training studio, we are able to track your workouts and the intensity through heart rate training software. Through these different features, we are able to cover all our bases to bring you the best fitness experience!
Services
Our group sessions focus on a total body strength and conditioning workout.
Enjoy a high-energy atmosphere as our Trainer leads the session over the mic.
We also limited the capacity in our group training room to ensure you get the personalized attention you need.
We begin every client out with an initial appointment to discuss goals, exercise history, and what they want to get out of their fitness journey.
From that meeting we look at training frequencies and membership options that will fit best for you and make your fitness goals become a reality.
Members are allowed two guest passes a month to use for friends and family.
A family or friend who will be visiting our facility for the first time can use this pass.
If it is their 2+ visit, please use the second pass link.
This pass is for a family or friend of a member who is coming into the facility for their second or more visit.
Only available for member family and friends.
For day pass users that decide to join as a member, the fee will be attributed to their first month dues.
The MOVE FIT session is a 45-minute appointment where we assess five different areas of your lifestyle and fitness to see how well you can MOVE FIT.
The end of the assessment we go over each category and what the total numerical score means.
During the consultation we discuss factors including lifestyle, sleep, stress, your daily food habits, and overall mental well-being.
Your medical history plays a role in the scoring system as we dive into health factors, medications, blood pressure, and resting heart rate.
