I began my fitness career 16 years ago as a Les Mills Group Fitness Instructor.
I moved up the Les Mills ranks by completing my Advanced Instructor Modules and becoming an Elite certified Group Fitness Coach.
My passion grew for fitness as I took the stage alongside International Instructors from all across the world.
I received my Personal Trainer Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) in 2005.
Over the past 16 years, I have worked at several local gyms in the Aiken/Augusta area.
Whether you aim to lose weight, shape and tone, build muscle or rehabilitate after injury, our personal trainers promise to help you reach your goals.

In this personalized setting, you will be exposed to in-depth instruction while focusing on your specific goals.
RIP is a barbell workout that incorporates functional orthopedic strength training.
Every movement plane is attacked using weights and bodyweight.
Featuring safe and motivating exercises, and great music to create a thrilling group fitness atmosphere.
A 30-minute workout that targets the torso and sling muscles that connects the upper body to the lower body.
One Tabata interval requires only four minutes, but they will be four of the most intense you've ever experienced.
A high energy class that mixes beat choreography with high intensity interval training, all done on the Step!
Our Monthly Program Design and 8 week FIT3D Proscan Assessments are available to our Premium level members and higher.

Program Design allows our members to meet with our Training Staff once per month and get a new customized workout plan and nutrition plan based on their BMR and quality of movement, along with their personal goals.
We teach this workout in a 30 minute private session each month with each Premium Level member.
The FIT3D Proscanner measures weight, body composition, balance and posture analysis for designing corrective exercises.
