As a coach, Jono works to establish a strong relationship and believes that emotional support and the motivational side of coaching are just as important as the workouts and nutrition.
Jono enjoys working closely with every person as he helps them through the ups and downs of their journey.

During the initial consultation your needs and goals will be examined and a training program will be designed to help you conquer your goals.
Mauka Makai Fitness isn't like some big corporate gym that only cares about the clients' money; we want to see you succeed at whatever you set out to do!
If you're already confident with your gym/workout routine, but clueless when it comes to the kitchen, I will teach you how to eat for your health and fitness goals.
If you plan to do a Spartan, Tough Mudder, or even a local obstacle course race (OCR), then training is imperative.
Even if you only signed up for the open/non-competitive division, if you don't prepare your mind and body, then the mud, hills, obstacles, and tough terrain will eat you up and spit you out!
Even if you're not an athlete, OCR events allow you to bring out your inner child.
Remember when you were a kid and you went out to play in the mud, climb trees, and swing from monkey bars?
Now you get to do that again!
