802 Fitness & Therapy offers a variety of services to accommodate all levels of fitness, including Large Group Team Conditioning, Small Group Strength training, and Personal training. We are a full service fitness center with a focus on community and wellness. Our active gym lifestyle provides our members the tools needed to achieve and sustain their health and fitness goals.

See below for all the details! Now Large Group conditioning classes of 8 or less, Small Group Strength classes of 4 people or less, as well as Personal training sessions, will be in house. Lisa came to us just 4 short months ago after her bariatric surgery and has been killing it in the gym ever since!

Paul Croutworst began his passion for movement working in the outpatient field of physical therapy.
While working in the physical therapy field, Paul molded himself into a corrective exercise specialist and highly specialized manual therapist.
After years of practice, he became frustrated at one important piece of the puzzle regarding patient care.
Patients would always be discharged from care when they were out of pain or insurance stopped paying.
The problem was that the patient had SO MUCH more progress to make so they didn't have that yo-yo effect of coming back in of feeling good, then in pain again.
The ultimate in one on one personal attention!
Exercise programs are individualized and specific in order to achieve optimal results and reach personal goals.
Manual Therapy techniques are incorporated into sessions as needed to decrease pain and correct dysfunctional movement patterns.
Class setting up to 4 people with emphasis on full body strength training.
Perfect class for members seeking corrective exercises, decreasing pain and increasing performance.

Personal training at 802 Fitness & Therapy includes personalized one-on-one attention from a caring and supportive coach who goes beyond the traditional approach to health and wellness.
Client centered programming and nutritional guidance will ensure member's success in reaching personal fitness goals.
This can include members who are looking for continuity of care after being discharged from a course of physical therapy or those with chronic pain conditions.
It can also serve those members seeking weight loss, rehabilitation, balance, mobility, and highly specialized strength and conditioning.
Large Group Team Conditioning at 802 Fitness & Therapy is fun, high intensity classes that will whip you into shape in no time!
These boot camp style workouts are designed to shred fat and build muscle while boosting cardiovascular health!
