This is our most popular program for our middle school, high school and college athletes. Athletes train along side others who share common goals and expectations. 2B4 Athletes uses a unique tracking system to document each and every session and allows our coaches and athletes to quickly identify training plateau's, areas of improvement, achievements and much more.
Practice DOES NOT MAKE PERFECT. IT MAKES PERMANENT! Our athletes are shown the correct way to perform each lift and they are monitored on each and every rep going forward. Fun, safe and challenging workouts regardless of your current fitness level. Each session is different and our current students have seen some huge gains (and losses!). Workouts include cardio bowling, extreme duck-duck-goose, relay races with a twist, cardio volleyball and much more.
It's like recess for adults! Strength training is designed to help you increase functional strength, flexibility, stamina, balance and overall fitness. Session's are tracked taking the guesswork out of how much to lift and making it easier to identify gains or areas for improvement.
