Energizing our community through positive relationships, challenging physical activity, nutritional insight and mind-body awareness. The exciting news about Energize Fitness, is that we don't require any membership fees or contracts. We operate by offering drop in. No long term commitments. We have trained instructors to provide group motivation, support and encouragement along with feedback for proper form and safety to reach desired goals.

We believe in empowering our participants to want to stay the course through lifestyle changes. Energize Fitness believes in functional fitness that will keep you in good shape for daily activities today and in all the years to come. If you check out our class schedule, you will find a wide variety of classes to choose from for all different fitness levels.

We encourage participants to find what they enjoy and cross train with variety in order to achieve the best results, avoid boredom and reduce the risk of injury. We take extreme pride in our community involvement and support charity events at both the local and national levels.

Born and raised in the Midwest as a fine artist and athlete, Yoga has been incredibly healing to me in my lifetime.
I started with home practice at the age of 17 and had done competitive sports my whole upbringing but never had flexibility or felt like I was in my body.
As I found yoga, I also found my body as my home and have enjoyed the benefits of the practice for more than ten years now.
I started sharing the gift of yoga with friends in 2009 and had my first yoga teacher training through Yogafit in 2011.
Relax and be encouraged as you nourish your muscles, boost your energy, rejuvenate your core and enhance your posture with floor and standing exercises and stretching, as well as Tai Chi moves for health and wellness.
This class is for all fitness levels.
Tuesdays at 9:30am-10:30am.
A slow paced and grounded practice that incorporates mindful movements in connection with our breath, focusing on total body care, hip and heart opening, and standing balancing.
Appropriate for all levels, modifications offered.
