CrossFit Republic is a strength and conditioning fitness training gym serving clients in Republic, Springfield, Nixa, Ozark, Willard, Aurora and the surrounding areas. CrossFit Republic develops individuals, athletes, and teams to reach their desired goals in fitness and in life through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity.

We are located in an 11,000 square foot warehouse gym near Springfield, MO, offer free childcare, and spend our time focusing on all different people with different ability levels to be the best version of themselves. Our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from children to elite athletes, and everything in between.

Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio. There isn't a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills. The community aspect of CrossFit Republic is our greatest strength.
