This class offers a lower intensity workout than traditional Zumba, but also uses a fusion of Latin and international dance music that combines high energy music with unique moves and combinations. Zumba Gold Toning is a fun low-impact workout, dancing to multicultural music, which incorporates all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular, conditioning, flexibility, and balance.Bring a have a set of 1-2 pound weights, water and a towel ready for class. This is a restorative class with slow, gentle stretches that offer a deep opening for the muscles around the hips, lower back and legs.

Great for anyone with tight, sore or injured back or hips. This class is a great way to define, sculpt and build lean muscle. Low resistance exercises with higher repetitions will focus on all muscle groups including abs. Please bring a set of 3-5 pound weights and a mat to class.

After spending 8 years as a first grade teacher I left the classroom in 1999 and begin my journey.
I have achieved 12 national fitness certifications to date, including Personal Training, AFFA, Pilates Mat Work and Pilates Small Apparatus, SCW, Personal Training Certification AFFA and am currently working on my certificate in Pulse Pointe Barre.
Initially, I spent 2 years as a personal trainer and teaching fitness at a number of private and corporate wellness and fitness centers in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.

A personal trainer will take a small group though a personalized workout program.
Each class will focus on interval training working both strength and cardiovascular.
The students will be coached though a serious of cardio and strength intervals using cardio equipment, free weights, weight machines, medicine balls, kettle balls, resist-a-balls, and more.
Come and join this small group for a high calorie burning, strength building, and personalized workout.
This unique class combines classic Pilate's moves, fluid movements and various props such as tubing, Pilates rings, small bender balls, and more.
You will never experience the same class twice using different equipment and muscles every class.
Anyone with back, shoulder, neck, knee or hip problems will epically benefit from this class.
Includes Pilates moves done on the mat, to strengthen core, back, hips, thighs and glutes.
This class will also move into a series of ballet bar or floor work exercises that shape and strengthen the lower body.
