You can expect our Service team to have your equipment cleaned, tested, inspected within 7-10 days from point of payment, unless other circumstances requires our service team to re-condition or refurbish the equipment.
In many cases, we have custom pallets built to ship treadmills and ellipticals.
We palletize the unit, block it in, strap it to the pallet, bubble wrap and shrink wrap the unit.
We will also use cardboard to protect areas that might be at higher risk of damage in transport, but have no fear because all of our equipment is shipped out insured.
