Before it was Fitness Kitchen, it was a tiny kitchen in a little apartment in Los Angeles.
Our Co-founder Tom Aaron wanted to bring a radical idea to the masses: delicious, flavorful meals that could power your body cleanly without having to think about it.
A La Carte also allows you to choose from a variety of meals.
You can eat a paleo meal, a pescatarian meal or just a good balanced meal, all in one day with our Los Angeles meal delivery service menus!

Maintain (350-650 calories per meal) Vegetarian meals include minimal organic dairy and soy.

All of our plans are available as Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and customizable to fit your needs.
Afternoon Fuel is an add-on meal.
Our Balance, Paleo, Pescatarian meals are 100% soy, dairy & gluten free.

We deliver throughout Los Angeles County (excluding north of Agua Dulce), Orange County, and Inland Empire.
While creating your order, the first question we ask is to input your zip code to confirm we deliver in your area.
We deliver 5 days a week Monday thru Friday, with meals arriving overnight no later than 6am each morning.
Saturday meals are included in the Friday meal delivery.
