Whether your goal is weight loss, strength gain, event training, or improved health and fitness I can help you move toward those goals safely and effectively.
I am nationally certified as a Personal Trainer by ACE (American Council on Exercise.) I am also certified locally by ADAPT (Athletic Development and Performance Therapy.) My ADAPT Joint Re-Education (Level 2) qualification allows me to help individuals move forward with their fitness goals despite setbacks related to muscular imbalances (caused by previous injuries, surgery, etc.)
