The CEO Kyungwon Kang holds a Doctorate in Physical Education with a minor in Sports Medicine from Incheon University. Dr. Kang has been training and competing for over 35 years and is an active professional in good standing with IFBB, a distinction only given to a very few highly accomplished athletes throughout the world who competed in the 2015 Olympia and Arnold Classic in 2016 & 2017.
In order to be designated as a professional athlete by the IFBB, an athlete must prove himself to be worthy of the distinction. Highly respected and recognized in the world of body building, Dr. Kang has found success through keeping it simple and consistent, something that is overlooked in an industry that is filled with unnecessary distractions.
His knowledge on the body, experiences, and teaching style is one of a kind which is why to this day, he holds workout and fitness seminars in Korea and has students from around the world come to PowerMuscle to learn.
