With over 5000 square feet of space, we have plenty of floor space for a large variety of exercise equipment including commercial grade LifeFitness treadmills, Precor and Matrix elliptical trainers and LifeFitness recumbent and upright bikes.
We also have a selectorized workout circuit and a great selection of free weights. We are a locally owned and operated fitness center supporting the needs of the local Lake Gaston Community.

Our operating hours are from 5:00 AM - 7:45 PM each day of the week.
To access our facility you must be a registered member.

Registered members obtain a bar coded key tag enabling access to the facility during operating business hours.

Great news, Lake Gaston Fitness is now selling a class only membership, which entitles a member of this type to attend one of our offered classes without requiring a full gym membership.
As a bonus, you can also use the facility on the day of the class.
