With over 20 years of combined youth training experience, our coaches emphasize safety while promoting physical activity and a healthy lifestyle in a fun, supportive environment.
General Physical Preparedness: Our youth program will not only transform health and fitness levels but will also improve sports performance on the court or field.
We will build strength, create speed and agility, help prevent injury and most importantly build confidence.
Our 10 week Summer Youth Program will transform your athlete giving them the edge over their competition!
Our program is broken down by age group to ensure appropriate level of training.
One hour of their session is dedicated to teaching the proper fundamentals of running technique to increase speed, and the second hour is dedicated towards age appropriate strength training that will also include core, flexibility and mobility.
We offer a variety of class times for all fitness levels to fit your schedule.
