Our friendly staff members welcome you in a non-intimidating, ultra-clean environment. We offer the best fitness at an affordable price. We are proud to offer you all the extra amenities including full service locker rooms, outdoor hot tubs, free bath and workout towels, flat-screens on our cardio equipment, and scheduled babysitting hours. Open to the public 7 days a week, 363 days a year, stop by for a tour.

If your child is under the age of 18 we need a waiver signed by the Parent or Legal Guardian to allow your child to use our facility or participate in classes/clinics. If your child arrives without the waiver signed by the Parent or Legal Guardian we are unable to allow them to participate. The Daily Waiver is for non-member guests to use the facility.

The Junior Tennis (Class Registration) Waiver is needed to attend Clinics.

Welcome to Michigan's finest Indoor Tennis Center, featuring five Indoor Tennis Courts with a US Open Deco Turf.
Tennis is a year-round activity at Bay Tennis & Fitness!
We provide lessons, clinics and workshops all 12 months of the year at the club.
This drill will be for the 3.0 level player that wants to improve skills by practices specific shot and incorporating them into there play.
Players will then play points out, competitively trying to win the points and the games.
Serving, basic strokes and basic strategy will be addressed.
First time meeting with a Personal Trainer at Bay Tennis and Fitness?

What is the difference between yoga and Pilates?
First we need too remember that yoga is an ancient art form incorporating the spiritual and physical within a religious practice.
There have been many forms of yoga created through thousands of years.
Pilates was formed much later in the 1920s by the physical trainer Joseph Pilates for the purpose of rehabilitation.
Some of the first people Joseph treated were soldiers who had been wounded in battle.
Pilates was most popularly used by gymnasts and dancers to strengthen their bodies and rehabilitate their injuries caused by overuse.
