We are a 24 hour gym in Fosters, AL! Here, the stay at home mom can workout alongside the elite athlete and we offer equipment to fit most needs! We offer one of the cleanest facilities around, both in the cleanliness of the equipment and the atmosphere, including clean music! This is a family atmosphere and we want to see you succeed! The gym is always open 24 hours once you are a members, but we are not always in the office, those hours are below!

Distance coaching provides your nutrition and workout plans via email, requires you to check in with results weekly, and is a much cheaper alternative to traditional personal training.
So we offer both services so you can choose what is best for you!

The gym is accessible 24 hours a day for our members AND tanning is included with any membership!
We have ellipticals, treadmills, bikes, a stepper, weight stack strength machines, tons of free weights, and cross training equipment to include Olympic rings and bumper plates!
