We are not just a gym with equipment! We provide on-the-floor coaching, workouts of the day, food planning, and motivation! We are happy to provide a friendly fitness environment to a variety of members.
On a daily basis, we see heavy lifters, adults (often accompanied by their minor children) who are committed to living healthy lifestyles, and students of all ages. We even have a contingent of seniors and high school students who receive a discounted rate.
