Couch to Cardio Level 1 is a 6-week program designed for TRUE beginners. This beginner program is set up to promote success and avoid burnout. No more feeling the pressure to go from sedentary to working out 5x/week for an hour each!. Jriven for 30 is an at home program that requires minimal equipment and 30-40 minutes of your day!. At JRIVEN FITNESS, finding a healthy lifestyle that is attainable and maintainable is our top priority.

We believe that commitment, work ethic, resilience, and being "Jriven" is everything you need to help you reach your health and fitness goals. I started taking a HIIT class at my local gym in 2013. Jennifer Simmons was the instructor. I had met her a few times throughout the years since I attended college with her husband. The HIIT class was crazy hard but I absolutely fell in love with Jen as an instructor!

Not only does she motivate you during the class but watching her do the workout several months pregnant was incredibly inspiring! I kept coming back for more because of Jen's ability to awaken this sense of determination I didn't know lurked deep within me!
Services
This is a strength base class that utilizes different formats, techniques, and equipment to help you get STRONG!
This class is for all levels as the trainer will give options and adaptations to help meet you where you are and build strength safely and appropriately.
This class will address the foundational movements: squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull, carry, rotate, and lateral motion.
Life happens in ALL planes of motion and we want to make sure you feel strong and confident no matter what direction you are moving!
One on one personalized attention from a certified Personal Trainer with years of experience and knowledge in the fitness industry, as well as years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
Trainer will find creative ways to motivate you, support, and encourage you in a way that will work for you.
You will learn proper form and technique to keep you safe and increase benefits from workout.
Small group training is more personalized than classes.
You get personalized attention from a certified personal trainer who can help you achieve safe and effective form throughout each workout.
