My daughter loves loves the tumbling tots class and her teachers! She is very shy but her teachers are patient and kind, and it's been amazing to watch her confidence grow each week! I have lived taking the aerial yoga classes here for over two years! The staff is all friendly and Knowledge and I think everyone should come give the classes a try! My daughter has loved the tumbling class and the ballet/tap combo class.

At our studio you will find highly experienced and caring instructors, teachers, and coaches who are passionate about teaching.
For our younger customers (ages 2-14) we offer Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Tumbling, Creative Movement, and Aerial Acrobatics classes.
For adults (ages 15 & up) we offer group fitness classes including Barre, Pilates, and Yoga classes as well as specialty classes such as adult ballet, adult tap, and aerial yoga/aerial Pilates.

She and her family are members of Grayson Bible Baptist Church in Sherman.
Irina majored in Business and Marketing at Indiana Wesleyan University, and worked in the corporate world before becoming a mother.
She began taking ballet lessons at age 4 in St. Petersburg, Russia under the tutelage of Nicholai Petrov, one of the Vaganova Ballet Academy graduates, and received many years of intensive Vaganova style ballet training.
She enjoyed being a stay-at-home mom for a number of years, and has been active within the homeschooling and local Mom's club communities.

We will explore this 300-year-old tradition with beginner level adult ballet and exercises for students ages 18 and up.
The instructor will lead the class through a series of ballet warm-ups, exercise routines, simple dance combinations, as well as traditional classical ballet floor work.
Aerial Pilates originated from our Aerial Yoga class.
It serves as an introduction to the Aerial Yoga.
This class incorporates elements of Yoga, Pilates, and calisthenics.
This class is accessible to different levels of fitness and ages and will focus on developing strength, flexibility and balance.

Traditional hula is accompanied by beating of the gourd or drum in order to touch people's lives though inspiration and the art of hula.
This 1.5 hour workshop will introduce kids to fitness in a unique new way!
Each hammock will be adjusted for the correct height of the child to ensure safety and proper technique.
