This gym has all of the above. Owners are the some of the nicest people you'll ever meet, & lots of good members there to help encourage you to reach your fitness goals. Don't question if you should go to another gym, get a pass at PTF. Payson total fitness is the bomb! The owners are so great! They are always friendly and motivating, I'm always excited to come in and work out!

Our high energy classes focus on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, we use stationary exercise bikes with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.
This class includes breath control, simple meditation, Stretch and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation.

10 years ago I was obese.
I was unhappy with where I was at in life and wanted a different story.
I made the choice to hire a Personal Trainer.
Since losing the weight I have gone on to join the Army, start playing competitive team sports and become a Personal Trainer myself.
My highlight has been going to Norway for winter survival training.
I was first a student of boxing, training under World Champion kickboxer Marty "The Wolfman" Lindquist for a total of 2.5 years spanning 2006- 2009.

Our training will make athletes of any sport faster, more agile, stronger, and more powerful.
Age- and sport-appropriate exercises are taught for ages 8 and up.

Included with sport performance is working on acceleration and deceleration in all directions.
We incorporate motor skills and speed and agility drills, making athletes faster and more efficient in changing directions.
