Coach has told you time & time again as you're banded up on the rig: mobility will solve all of your life's problems-or at least most of them.
You know what mobility is (*hint, hint* active range of motion).
But knowing the whys.
The past few weeks I've written about flexibility, mobility, stability, & strength-both in general & specific to the squat, press, & deadlift.
Every day is leg day at a CrossFit gym, right?
Not so fast.
Though we LOVE building monster-moving, full-force, leviathan legs, we cannot forget the critical importance of the upper body, particularly the press: moving something from our shoulders to above our head.
