We're a recreational facility for all that focuses on fitness through movement and play. We offer a variety of features for individuals to safely train their parkour and freerunning skills, practice ninja warrior obstacles, or strengthen their conditioning and fitness. 11,000 sqft facility with a large lobby, party room, male and female restrooms, and a 7,000 sqft fully-carpeted training space.

Services
We understand that outside circumstances may prevent you from getting here on time (traffic, other sports, etc), so we allow a 10 minute grace period.
However, after 10 minutes you will not be able to enter the class.
We go through warmups and introductory movements in the beginning of classes that are crucial to preventing injuries.
If already purchased, you will be able to put that unused session toward another day or timeslot.
You must be pre-paid and registered online for an open gym.
You may not show up more than 10 minutes past that session's start time.
However, after 10 minutes you will not be able to enter the class.

Our 'Salmon Ladder' setup allows you to ascend the ladder to countless connecting obstacles on opposite sides.
The 'Cliffhanger' area allows different ledge pieces to be easily placed in different locations to traverse across.
Replicas of numerous iconic obstacles from the TV show 'American Ninja Warrior' can be found scattered throughout the gym.
Many obstacles can be adjusted for different heights, ages, and skill levels.
There are other obstacles that will be setup during events and competitions to keep it varied and truly test your adaptability.

You'll be able to get the most out of learning your movement as the instructor will be able to physically stay with YOU through the whole hour and really hone in on all of YOUR movement skills.
We will work on all different ways to move your body while having fun and getting fit!
