Strength & Honor Fitness is boutique style gym that utilizes small group training and effective workouts to get our clients results. We emphasize full-body movements using kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, tires, ropes, and other top-notch equipment. Our program emphasizes the core muscles of the body to develop functional fitness. Our goal is build lean muscle so your body burns twice as much fat!

You DON'T GET BULKY, but you will get strong and fit! We believe that the techniques, programs, and personalized attention we provide at Strength & Honor Fitness are the best and we are dedicated to helping each and every member achieve his or her fitness goals.

We have taken the best elements of CrossFit, Strongman, power lifting, conditioning, and weight training, and pared them down to the basics of what is effective and important.

Matt Keller is the brains behind the brawn at Strength & Honor Fitness.
He's been in the strength and conditioning business for more than 20 years, helping hundreds of people become the best versions of themselves.
He received his degree in exercise science from Rutgers University, where he played Division I baseball, and then spent 10 years in the field of education as a teacher and administrator.
S.H.O.K. class combine serious strength training programming with intensive conditioning protocols to create the most effective fat loss, strength building, body changing workout you can possibly do in 30 minutes.
The overall goal of S.H.O.K. class is to improve your functional work capacity (amount of work you can accomplish in a given period of time), which in turn creates a leaner, fitter, stronger version of you.
We improve your FWC in two ways; making your more efficient with your exercise by teaching you proper exercise mechanics and by challenging you to work in a high level of intensity.
