Residents are welcome to book the space (for free!) for private events, including parties, classes, meetings, and more. At La Bourgade on Seneca, each apartment comes with an in-house washer & dryer, kitchen island, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, such as refrigerator, microwave, stove & oven, and dishwasher.
