One Spark Fitness is a fitness studio located in the Kimberton Square Shopping Center right off of RT 23 in Phoenixville, PA.
We're proud to offer a great mix of both group fitness classes as well as 1 on 1 personal training sessions with licensed instructors for people of all fitness levels from beginner to expert.
Our group fitness class offerings include high intensity cardio, dance fitness, HIIT, yoga, pilates, weight training, and strength training.
Every instructor is multi-licensed in a combination of class offerings such as Zumba, Strong by Zumba, Pilates, and Personal Training.
