Owner Leanne Neville will take your body and workout to the next level in this intimate and personal studio. Specializing in GROUP REFORMER/Tower Classes, as well as, Barre and Private and sessions. The studio is contemporary in format encouraging strict guidance with regard to the Pilates principles : Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, Flow.

All classes and sessions are by appointment only and must be booked online or by calling the studio 516-592-0687. I am Leanne Neville, owner, Pilates instructor, and fitness expert at The Studio on Main. I created The Studio on Main to give you something you have never encountered before: personalized attention in an intimate, clean setting to pursue and maintain your fitness lifestyle.
