Four Seasons Fitness offers a variety of group fitness classes including Spinning, Yoga, Barre-inspired classes, Insanity, HIIT classes and beginner oriented classes on a rotating basis. Group exercise in a pre-designed format that brings the revolutionary, high intensity interval training, total-body conditioning program from the home to the gym and fitness studio setting.

If you're willing to work hard, drip sweat, and ignore the voice that says: "This is too hard!" INSANITY is for you. Challenge yourself today! An instructor-facilitated cycling session set to music. Sessions focus on endurance (fat-burning and aerobic base building), strength, or interval, by changing cadence, resistance, or body position. Classes run 45-50 minutes.

Bring at least one water bottle. This class is designed to improve your cardio performance & enhance your core strength; a 50 minute workout using all major muscle groups, weights & other equipment. A creative masterful blend of movements that enhance core strength, functional movement and posture.
