Adam and Julie Kemmerly, owners of Youth Fitness Zone, are living their dream! In 2004, they established Youth Fitness Zone to provide children and teens the opportunity to become physically fit and have fun in the process. They believe that as children gain positive experiences from participating in physical activities and becoming physically fit their self-confidence increases as well.

In their minds, a successful fitness program is one that not only produces measurable improvements in strength, coordination, and flexibility, but also helps develop a "Can Do" attitude! Adam and Julie developed and strive to operate Youth Fitness Zone in a manner which displays their core values of excellence, integrity, and affirmation. They feel blessed to have been given the opportunity to serve and encourage others and are delighted with each new smile of achievement they observe!
Services
Early walkers and toddlers will build balance, strength, coordination, and motor skills as they climb, slide, jump, and roll during equipment play activities.
This parent-assisted class incorporates instructor guided "structured" activities as well as free exploration time.
We are now offering two different classes for our littlest participants in order to better meet the particular developmental needs of those ages!
This parent-toddler active class focuses on body awareness, hand-eye coordination, fine & gross motor skills, listening skills, following directions and more!
Fitness Fun! Gymnastics is a great sport for all ages and abilities and provides a wonderful opportunity to develop strength, coordination, flexibility, and self control.
With emphasis placed on correct form and safety, participants will learn skills in a progressive manner on the floor, uneven bars, beam, vault and trampoline, in addition to activities for development of general physical fitness.
Learning gymnastics skills that are beyond the "basics" and focusing on developing improved strength and flexibility.
Perfect for your athlete who is interested in enhancing their ability to perform in their chosen sport or for those who are just looking to improve overall physical fitness!
Join Coach Adam and Coach Michael at the CrossFit gym for age-appropriate training focused on strength, speed, and agility skills.
Your child will learn the safe way to train to meet their goals!
Trampolines are so inherently FUN they disguise the amount of energy being used!
Join us to safely learn all of those fun skills you want to do on your backyard trampoline!
Skills taught will range from basic body positions to combinations of somersaults.
Emphasis is placed on safety and developmental skill progression.
Learn trampoline safety (including how to fall safely!) while practicing beginning skills on the trampoline and double mini.
Learn fun tricks (in a safe environment) to show off to family & friends (front/back tucks and more!)
Join us on Mondays from 11:30am-12:30pm for fitness and fun for your homeschooling family!
Ages 3 & Up can participate in our weekly classes which include warm-up, stretching, obstacle courses (including basic gymnastics & ninja skills), games and relay races!
The children will be divided into groups according to age.
The class is designed as a "pay when you play" activity.
The 2021-2022 Homeschool fee is $6 per child per class and punch cards are available for family use ($60 card for 12 visits or $90 card for 20 visits).
