As the only all female gym in the area, we work with women of all different ages and stages of life; students, working professionals, retirees, moms, grandmothers, people with various health concerns and goals - essentially people just like YOU. Our clients know Tone Zone is not simply a workout studio or a gym.

Most of our equipment is designed specifically for women and so it's easy to use but if you've got a question on how to use something then one of our staff members can always help you out.

Then our group training program is just what you need.
A strength and cardio training program at its core, this program is ideal for ladies that are either new to fitness or that are honest with themselves and know they need someone to hold them accountable in order to reach their goals.
If you are looking for a friendly and inviting atmosphere that will make you want to work out, this is the program for you.
Tone Zone Bootcamp is designed for people that are used to exercising but need a change in their daily fitness routine.
It is an indoor and outdoor program dedicated to putting you in the best shape of your life.
Each one hour class is an intense workout combining strength and cardiovascular training.
Everyday is different but everyday is difficult.
In addition, sInce this is program is co-ed, we have several husband and wife couples that participate in the program together.
Classes are held Monday through Friday and there are two daily class times to choose from; 8:00am and 5:45pm.
In addition to providing our members with access to hundreds of meal plans, we are the only fitness facility in the area that takes it one step further.
We also offer a meal prep delivery service.
If you are looking to achieve your fitness goals but are too busy to prepare healthy, low carb, high-protein meals, the we've got you covered!
