We wanted to take a moment to update you all on our mandates per the governor of Texas as well as municipality's individual decisions. All dues for ALL members and ALL membership types will be waived for the month of April. We have spoken with both of the cities for Sachse. No one will be paying for time they are not using the gym per this mandate.
Please be patient with us. We are working hard to make sure everyone is taken care. We are a small business that is working on keeping up with the news as the city is not doing a good job of being proactive with us. All knowledge we have, we have had to call the city ourselves to find out, hence the last minute update regarding extended closure. We have been in contact with our financial company regarding the aforementioned dues.
We know this is a hard time for everyone. Whether you are struggling financially, someone in your family is not feeling well, or maybe you are just going a little stir crazy, we are here for you. If you have sent e-mails regarding cancelling your membership, we do ask that you keep in mind that you are NOT BEING CHARGED for the time the gym is closed.
