CrossFit is an athletic strength and conditioning program that combines a variety of movements to help you achieve your fitness goals. CrossFit uses a fitness regimen called the Workout of the Day (also known as a WOD) to measure your success and achievements every session. WODs are performed in our gym also known as a BOX, but we prefer to call it "the CRIB".
CrossFit Crib's program is designed to improve strength and fitness in ways that you may have never experienced. The energetic atmosphere combined with the support of the coaches, makes for an addictive experience. The staff here is knowledgeable, as well as CrossFit certified. All our classes are welcoming and our current members help to create a family atmosphere of comfort and encouragement.
We are constantly sharing meal ideas, progress and success stories with each other. Our Coaches care about YOU as a person first and foremost, and will therefore be your support in achieving your fitness goals! This ain't no ordinary gym! This place is filled with athletes and personalities of all shapes and sizes, and our programming matches the needs of such a diverse group.

Scott loves fitness and people, but he has a greater passion for motivating people in any endeavor of life to become better and stronger!
Scott was a high school and collegiate athlete prior to engaging in CrossFit.
Having the opportunity to represent the state of Indiana as a quarterback on the football field, and playing against the Kentucky all stars in high school, Scott knows what it takes to accel.
Scott also played college basketball at Florida College and ended his basketball efforts playing on an XBA Team out of Charlotte; the Queen City Slam.

We love having visitors from other boxes come "throw down" with us.
If you are just passing through town, we charge a drop in fee of $12 per day or offer punch cards for $149/10 punches.
Please plan on arriving 15 minutes before scheduled class time so we can introduce you to our box.
